Meet Ken Harper

For more than 30 years, I've helped people make confident decisions when buying and building new homes.

Every client has a different story, a different goal, and a different set of questions. My job is to listen first, understand what matters most, and help create a plan that gets them where they want to be.

What makes my approach different is the experience behind it. During my career, I've worked in nearly every part of the new home business—from sales and mortgage financing to land acquisition, community planning, project management, marketing, and builder consulting. I've helped builders decide where to build, what homes to offer, how to price them, and how to create communities that today's buyers are looking for.

That experience gives me a broader perspective than simply selling homes. It helps me see challenges before they become problems, explain complex decisions in simple terms, and help clients understand not only what's in front of them today, but what the finished result will look like tomorrow.

I've been involved in more than 500 new construction home sales, helping families through every step of the process—from choosing a homesite and signing a contract to watching their new home come to life and finally handing them the keys.

Whether I'm working with a builder or representing a buyer, my process never changes. I believe the best decisions start with listening. Once I understand what you're trying to accomplish, I use my experience to help you evaluate your options, avoid costly mistakes, and move forward with confidence.
